Think about this, you can produce a world class mobile tour in no time, and for fractional cost if you grab this key asset.
Here’s the kicker:
On board the trailer is a 24-seat theater with a powerful sound and lighting system that provides an enhanced multimedia experience. BOOM! Use it to educate, entertain or inform. Whatever you do, you’re sure to impress.
Here’s the scoop…
Mobile Theater (MT) Description
The MT requires one full day for set-up and one full day for break down of the event elements. Due to these requirements it is advantageous for the MLC to remain at a location for a greater length of time than a single day.
The activation elements include:
• Rapid Deployment Vehicle
• Stage Decking & Tent
• Experience Activation Areas
The overall footprint of the deployed experience is 66’ in width and 52’ in depth. The footprint contains the trailer and tent. The tractor holds the generator and has to be a part of the footprint.
Due to the importance of maintaining a clear boundary around the footprint the minimum size required for activation is 70’ X 60’ for a total of 4,200 square feet.
The tent is secured to the trailer so the configuration of the elements cannot be changed; they are contingent upon each other.
The entire footprint needs to be set on firm, level ground.
The footprint has been designed to be compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the standards for accessible design as published in the Title III regulations (28 CFR Part 36, revised July 1, 1994)
Rapid Deployment Vehicle (RDV)
This vehicle is a self-contained tractor-trailer combination that contains complete HVAC and power generation capabilities. It is built under DOT and FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations.
Upon arrival at the target destination the tractor can be detached from the trailer and parked at an angle to the trailer. The trailer contains a self-activating hydraulic leveling system. The trailer is configured to expand on both sides.
The total conjoined length of the Tractor & Trailer is 65’, 4”. This will need to be able to navigate to the on-site activation area. The height of the RDV is 13’, 6”. The roadway to the activation area must be clear of any low level obstructions such as tree branches or power lines so that the RDV can navigate to the activation area. The activation area itself must be level ground to ensure that the complete set can be configured exactly.
When deployed the on board square footage is 657 square feet. Applicable safety information is available upon request.
Stage Decking and Tent
The tent (which is attached to the RDV) is 27’ X 27’ in perimeter. The tent, stage deck and experience elements are transported in the box truck which accompanies the RDV.
The maximum height of the tent is 17’, 4” from the ground in height. The area where the footprint will be set-up must be clear of power lines, trees, scaffolding or any other obstructions that may impede it.
The tent an extremely strong portable structure that is very quick and easy to assemble. The total square footage within the tent is 672 sq. ft. The tent is affixed to the earth via ground stakes or water barrels.
The tent has two entrances/exits. The primary entrance/exit is a 6’ 10” (height) X 8’ (length) door from the on board trailer to the off board tent and an emergency exit from the tent to the exterior. This exit will have an adjustable set of steps from the deck to the ground. A separate emergency exit is located on board the trailer to meet ADA compliancy. The canopy is fire retardant & water resistant canopy are all provided to ensure a safe environment and meet the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) requirements.
The stage deck is 26’ X 26’ in diameter with an 18” – 24” adjustable height. The deck frames, leveling jacks, non-skid flooring and advance deck locking system.
On board the trailer is a 24-seat theater with a powerful sound and lighting system that will provides an enhanced multimedia experience.
The MT does not have restrooms.
