Where do you get the information for the listings and are they accurate?
As a listing service all of the information including pictures and descriptions for each listing is provided by the owner. That’s why we encourage all buyers to do their due diligence. Our philosophy is that all parties should be 110% percent comfortable prior to any final purchase. We have no desire to be a part of any transaction where you don’t know exactly what you are getting.
How can I find out about new listings as soon as they come out?

How do I sell on eventXchange.biz?
We keep our inventory tight and high quality. Therefore, all listings must be pre-approved.
The easiest way it to SUBMIT A LISTING HERE. (It’s free!)
Send an email to jason(at)eventXchange.biz. Please include:
-As many pictures as possible
-Full descriptions of item(s) and/or vehicle(s)
-Your bottom line price, we mean your absolute best price. This will allow us to sell your item much more quickly. Our public listing price will always be higher due to our service fees (see next question for more details on fees).
-Location of the item. Portland, Oregon or Austin, TX for example.
-Include estimated shipping costs.
-We assume the buyer pays shipping fees. If you are willing to pay for shipping please let us know.
Do you charge a service fee?
Yes, we add 20% to items listed under $5000. 15% for items $5000-$100,000 and 10-15% for items over $100,000 depending.Vehicles/Trailer under $100,000 will be 20% and Vehicles/Trailers $100,000+ will be 10%-15%. When you submit your bottom line price we’ll add this on and list it with the commission included. For example, if you want $10,000 for your item we will list it on the Xchange for $11,500.
How do I buy on eventXchange.biz?
Go to our contact form and submit a request for purchase. Please include which listing you are interested in. We can answer any additional questions you may have about the item/vehicle or facilitate a direct dialogue with the seller.
How do you handle shipping?
We assume the buyer will pay shipping unless the seller agrees to split it or cover the cost. eventXchange can arrange shipping and provide quotes through our trusted 3rd party partners.
How do you handle transactions? Is this safe?
Yes it’s safe. Extremely safe. There are multiple ways to handle a transaction depending on your needs and form of payment. Generally, the process goes as follows.
-The buyer agrees to terms and submits payment.
-Our 3rd party transaction service holds the funds in escrow until the buyer receives the shipment. We use the same transaction service as eBay Motors, godaddy and other large web based corporations.
-The seller submits proof of shipment.
-Once the buyer receives the shipment and approves the item the funds are released to the seller.
For smaller transactions credit card or paypal are preferred. We can arrange most forms of transaction.
For additional fees we can also provide Vehicle Title transfers, shipping and other services.
